It applies to this website only and is separate from the Notice of Privacy Practices that governs your protected health information as a client, which is provided to you directly at intake.

Information this website collects

This website is primarily informational. It does not host its own forms or collect personal information directly. The Contact page displays a secure contact form that is hosted by SimplePractice and embedded on the page; anything you type into it is submitted to SimplePractice, not to this website. Requesting an appointment or opening the Client Portal takes you to SimplePractice directly. In every case SimplePractice collects and protects that information under its own privacy practices and our clinical privacy obligations.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to collect limited, non-identifying technical information — such as pages viewed, browser and device type, referring site, and approximate (city-level) location derived from your network connection. It also records when visitors click to request an appointment, send a secure message, open the Client Portal, call the office, send email, or get directions. This information is used only to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
